Requirements
- Practical experience in production progress management, regardless of industry or years of experience
- Proactive and able to take initiative in planning and managing schedules, involving relevant stakeholders to move projects forward
- At least 3 years of professional work experience
- Educational background: Graduate school, university, or junior college
- Language skills: Japanese (required), English (required depending on the position)
- Preferred: Experience in any kind of creative production, such as game development, merchandise production, or editing
- Preferred: Experience working in the gaming industry, especially in mobile game development
- Preferred: Experience in project management or team management
- Ideal: Confident in coordination and negotiation with various stakeholders
- Ideal: Strong ability to organize information and share it clearly and effectively
