Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced analytics professional with senior or principal-level ownership
Able to operate independently with limited direction
Comfortable designing analytical reports, including decisions around data visualization, information architecture, and user needs
Demonstrated problem framing and decision-making
Experience with marketing or healthcare data a plus
Strong analytics or analytics engineering background
Proficiency in a programming language (Python, R, or any professional language) as well as strong SQL and Excel skills when needed
Comfortable determining which tools allow for rapid delivery and quick, accurate turnarounds
Solid mathematical and analytical grounding
Comfort incorporating AI-assisted coding tools into workflow
Experience with front-end development a plus, especially React or similar frameworks
Experience with front-end graphing packages such as Chart.js and Recharts a plus
Friendly, credible, with client-facing experience
Clear and confident communicator with technical and non‑technical audiences
Known as a trusted problem solver.
