About the role

  • You will develop, implement and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth in Spain
  • You will monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stay informed on all relevant topics
  • You will be actively involved in P&L management for Spain
  • You will conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the Spanish market
  • You will monitor competitors, their products and marketing activities
  • You will contribute both creatively and analytically
  • You will be responsible for all PR-related matters and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and influencers, to enhance brand visibility and drive successful campaigns

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with very good English skills (English is our corporate language)
  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of work experience in marketing
  • Comfortable working with numbers and in analytical contexts
  • Strong multitasking ability, creativity, and excellent communication skills
  • Team player who also enjoys working independently on projects
