About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support the design of social and influencer campaigns across various social media channels
Together with the team, you develop creative content strategies that not only convince our clients but also perform effectively on social platforms
You gain hands-on experience in scripting and copywriting for social media formats (hooks, captions, storylines)
You contribute to the development of visual concepts and assist with image editing as well as the preparation and on-set support of shoots
You research visual trends, platform features and creative best practices and actively bring these into ideation processes
You participate in creative idea development for client campaigns and learn to translate concepts into actionable content

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are enrolled in a degree program in design, media, communications or a comparable field and are completing a (mandatory) internship as part of your studies
Alternatively, you have already gained some practical experience in content creation, design or social media
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro or After Effects) as well as Canva and CapCut is an advantage
You are passionate about social media and familiar with current trends, formats and platform mechanics on Instagram and TikTok
You are interested in developing social media content and ideally already understand different content formats and their performance
You work independently and take responsibility, while also enjoying close collaboration within a team
Initial experience with shoots or content production is a plus but not required
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken, complete your profile
