About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently plan, manage and execute social and creator marketing campaigns
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during active projects
Coordinate creators, partners and internal teams
Create project plans, timelines and budgets and monitor their execution
Ensure content quality and proper campaign delivery
Analyze and report campaign results, including recommending optimization measures
Improve existing processes and workflows
Support the strategic conception and planning of campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in social media or influencer marketing
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Confident handling of budgets and responsible for ensuring budget adherence
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and organizational talent
Initial experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Monday)
Excellent German and good English skills
