About the role

  • You support the execution of influencer and social media campaigns
  • You liaise with creators and keep projects running
  • You research suitable creators and create an initial shortlist
  • You contribute to content ideas and editorial calendars
  • You plan and oversee content productions
  • You coordinate closely with Strategy, Creation and Paid teams
  • You prepare presentations and reports
  • You analyze campaigns and derive initial learnings

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in social media, influencer marketing, or project management (e.g., through internships or as a working student)
  • You have a good feel for social media and can recognise what works (and what doesn’t) on TikTok and Instagram
  • You are enthusiastic about creator marketing and engaging with influencers
  • You work in a structured way and maintain an overview even when handling multiple topics
  • You are hands-on and think in a solution-oriented way
  • You are communicative — within the team, with creators and in client interactions
  • You are confident in German and English.
