About the role

  • Content adaptation: You edit and adapt social media content from creator or client videos for Reels, Shorts, or TikToks.
  • Understand and apply social logic: You know TikTok trends, hook formats and editing timings, and ensure content not only looks good but also performs.
  • Post-production and attention to detail: You handle text layers, subtitles, music and format conversion with a sense for aesthetics and impact.
  • Close collaboration within the team: You work closely with concept, project management and creators.
  • Reliable delivery: You make sure your output stays on schedule and coordination with the PM team works — even when requests come in at short notice.

Requirements

  • First sense for social media content: You know TikTok, Reels & Co. not only from a consumer perspective but have already created or edited content yourself or worked on it during internships.
  • Trend awareness & platform expertise: You understand terms like “hook”, “thumb-stopper” or “voiceover instead of music”. You can recognize good creator cuts and are open to new formats and aesthetics.
  • Initial experience with common content-creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Hands-on mentality: You take initiative, find solutions and keep an overview even during busy periods.
  • Care & timing: You have an eye for detail and work cleanly and reliably, even when things need to be done quickly.
