About the role
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to define and maintain the product vision and roadmap.
- Engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to collect and document product requirements.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have a clear and actionable work pipeline.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features on schedule.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that solutions meet user needs and align with business goals.
- Track product performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement in product development processes and collaborate on enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or related role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, including utilization review, case management, or revenue cycle functions, is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis strategies.
