About the role

  • Design and UI optimization of our platform, both the core components and individual views
  • UX optimization for different user groups, from beginners to experts
  • Complete redesign of the visual design and user interface to achieve a modern look and feel
  • Development of a mobile/native app to extend our offering
  • Analysis and implementation of customer-specific views and export functions
  • UI integration of our AI-powered planning assistant
  • Creation of onboarding aids and analysis of customer interactions and click flows
  • Collaboration on improving security and data protection

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of frontend development, particularly with JavaScript, React, Vue, or TypeScript
  • Experience with CSS frameworks, including Tailwind CSS
  • Familiarity with Django/Python-based SaaS applications
  • Experience in UX/UI design and implementing user-friendly interfaces
  • Proficient with Git and modern development workflows
  • Passion for sports and interest in sports analytics
  • Creativity, initiative, and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Fluent German for internal communication. Very good English, as most customer interactions take place in English.
