About the role
- Design and UI optimization of our platform, both the core components and individual views
- UX optimization for different user groups, from beginners to experts
- Complete redesign of the visual design and user interface to achieve a modern look and feel
- Development of a mobile/native app to extend our offering
- Analysis and implementation of customer-specific views and export functions
- UI integration of our AI-powered planning assistant
- Creation of onboarding aids and analysis of customer interactions and click flows
- Collaboration on improving security and data protection
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of frontend development, particularly with JavaScript, React, Vue, or TypeScript
- Experience with CSS frameworks, including Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with Django/Python-based SaaS applications
- Experience in UX/UI design and implementing user-friendly interfaces
- Proficient with Git and modern development workflows
- Passion for sports and interest in sports analytics
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to solve complex problems
- Fluent German for internal communication. Very good English, as most customer interactions take place in English.
