About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fully support reporting and analysis needs related to Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care, or Credentialing operations
Develop reports and standardize, simplify, and automate processes
Write reports and queries and perform data mining from multiple data sources
Conduct ad hoc business analysis and recommend solutions
Support the annual budgeting process and multi-year outlook
Manage projects from conception to implementation
Articulate analytical findings to internal or external customers
Produce and distribute required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on time
Create accurate analytical models using best practices, customer needs, and agreed standards
Communicate results clearly and concisely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3 years’ experience
1+ year of experience with large-scale business intelligence and/or analytics
Familiarity with healthcare industry and insurance payer reimbursement analysis
Knowledge of Accounting regulations and Financial Reporting
Intermediate to advanced technical skills in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, VBA automation routines, SQL, other ODBC databases, and report writing software
Ability to extract and present meaningful information out of large data sets
Experience leading and presenting analytical results
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and tasks
Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear; frequently walk; and lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
