About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient psychiatric mental healthcare services
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare and maintain clinical excellence
- Provide medication management and therapy
- Treat adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Work as a critical part of LifeStance Health’s clinical team
- Collaborate within a collegial clinical environment with full administrative support
- Work 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remotely
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience; must be an experienced PMHNP
- Licensed in Utah
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification required
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
- Must have or be able to obtain a DEA number
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experience in medication management and therapy
- Child and Adolescent focus preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- FNPs, APRNPs, and PAs are not accepted
