About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient care setting
- Deliver patient care and maintain clinical excellence
- Provide medication management and therapy
- Treat adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Work as a critical part of LifeStance Health’s clinical team
- Collaborate within a collegial clinical environment with full administrative support
- Work across LifeStance Health offices in the Greater Salt Lake City area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have 2 years of experience as a PMHNP
- Licensed in Utah
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification required
- Experienced PMHNP; FNPs are not accepted
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
- Must have or be able to obtain DEA
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
- Child and adolescent focus preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
