About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner for Revenue, delivering analytical insights and driving cross-functional alignment to support executive-level decision making
  • Lead comprehensive revenue growth initiatives
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies with operational and business development stakeholders
  • Lead payor negotiation strategies and contract modeling to maximize net revenue per visit growth
  • Lead development and execution of custom Financial Analysis and Planning internal tooling
  • Build custom Power BI and Power Query models to streamline financial and forecast reporting
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle Management to oversee Chargemaster Data Management
  • Manage Payor Fee Schedules audits and evaluate Self-Pay
  • Monitor and analyze CMS Medicare guidelines and regulatory changes
  • Evaluate the financial and operational impact of CMS regulations on Behavioral Professional Services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to interpret operational and VBC data
  • Translate complex financial trends into actionable corporate strategies
  • Participate in projects and initiatives and perform additional functions supporting the team and mission

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant field required
  • 7+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal and external financial statements
  • Experience with financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Expert proficiency in Excel
  • Solid understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and assignments
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset suitable for a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with different management levels
  • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk as required
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, plus ability to adjust focus
