About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Offer psychological services to clients in LifeStance Health’s outpatient group office
Provide evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children and adolescents
Address trauma, anxiety, mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
Provide telehealth from a home office and work in one of the company’s office locations on a hybrid schedule
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary practice and support a high degree of care collaboration
Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows
Run clinical groups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist
EdD, PsyD, or PhD
Skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions
Experience or clinical skill serving adults and/or children and adolescents
Ability to treat trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
