About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide psychological services to clients in an outpatient group office
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children and adolescents
Treat trauma, anxiety, mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
Provide telehealth from a home office and work in one of the company’s office locations as part of a hybrid schedule
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary practice and support a high degree of care collaboration
Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional pay
Run therapy groups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist
EdD, PsyD, or PhD
Skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions
Experience or clinical skill treating adults and/or children and adolescents
Ability to address trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
Ability to provide telehealth and work from an office location in a hybrid schedule
