About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Project Manager, Clinical Strategy supports improving access to trusted, affordable and personalized behavioral health care through the CMO team by driving execution of clinical and enterprise strategic initiatives.
- This role translates priorities into structured plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- This role partners closely with clinical operations, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with strategic goals, and implemented effectively.
- Success in this role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of behavioral health care operations, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- This position is a key support to driving the mission of LifeStance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, consulting, or related roles
- Excellent project planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through implementation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to influence without direct authority
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
