About the role
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment in-person and via telemedicine
- Manage your own caseload and create flexible schedules
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in clinic operations
- Maintain clinical documentation and use digital tools with administrative support
- No nights, weekends, or hospital call responsibilities
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Able to commute to a local office
