About the role
- Provide licensed mental health therapy to patients in an outpatient clinic and via telemedicine
- Treat adults, children, adolescents, or across the lifespan depending on caseload
- Manage an independent caseload with autonomy over scheduling
- Collaborate with clinical team and utilize digital tools and administrative support
- Maintain clinical documentation and clinical excellence in patient care
- Participate in hybrid care (in-person at Evansville clinic and telemedicine)
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Able to commute to a local office
