About the role
- Provide evidence-based outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver therapy in-person at clinics and through digital telemedicine
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists across the clinical team
- Maintain clinical excellence and patient-centered care
- Set flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) and manage caseload in outpatient setting
- Use administrative support for scheduling and billing; focus on clinical work
- Contribute to a collegial work environment and adhere to LifeStance values
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota
- LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC
- Child, adolescent, or adult experience
