About the role
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver care both in-person at clinic and via telemedicine
- Manage a personal caseload with autonomy and create own schedule
- Collaborate with clinical team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
- Maintain clinical documentation and use digital tools and administrative support
- Participate in clinic operations at Mishawaka-South Bend, IN location
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Able to commute to a local office
