About the role
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based, medically driven treatments
- Deliver therapy in-person at clinic and via telemedicine according to hybrid schedule
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists across the clinical team
- Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate care with mid-levels and administrative staff
- Offer flexible scheduling, no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends as part of outpatient practice
- Participate in a collegial clinical environment and utilize digital health telemedicine offerings
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
- Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) or equivalent licensing
- Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
- Ability to work in the Millsboro, DE area (local or licensed to practice in state)
- Competitive compensation $85,000+
