About the role
- Provide outpatient couples and family therapy services to adults, children, and adolescents
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare in an outpatient clinic setting
- Collaborate with the clinical team and mid-level providers (optional additional compensation for collaboration)
- Use digital telemedicine tools as part of care where applicable
- Maintain clinical documentation and participate in credentialing processes
- Work with administrative staff supported by the clinic to manage schedules and patient flow
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Delaware
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) credential (implied by job title)
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
- Competitive compensation $85,000+
