About the role
- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.
- Deliver therapy in-person at clinics and via telemedicine/telehealth.
- Maintain clinical documentation and participate in credentialing as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure patient-centered care.
- Utilize digital health technology and administrative support to manage caseload and productivity.
- Meet productivity targets and participate in bonus-eligible programs.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Rhode Island.
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
- Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
