About the role
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment in an outpatient setting and through digital health telemedicine
- Participate in supervision (LMFT supervisor available) and clinical development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team within LifeStance Health
- Maintain clinical documentation and work with administrative staff and digital technology to support care
- Uphold company values and contribute to a collegial work environment
Requirements
- Pre-licensed therapists (talented pre-licensed therapists in the Middletown area)
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
