About the role
- Provide patient care as a licensed clinical psychologist focused on testing and/or therapy
- Design and manage own practice balance of therapy and assessment services
- Offer in-person and telehealth appointments
- Develop specialty interests (e.g., OCD, PCIT) and deliver related services
- Conduct psychological testing using latest equipment and online scoring/interpretation services
- Collaborate with clinical team and utilize full administrative support
- Maintain clinical excellence and strong work-life balance
- Leverage referral network to build caseload
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Virginia
- PhD or PsyD in clinical/counseling psychology or neuropsychology
- Experience working with child, adolescent, and/or adult populations
- Trained in autism
- Flexible work schedules

- Ability to design your own practice/duties to include preferred balance of therapy and/or assessment services
- Ability to develop your own specialty interest (e.g., OCD, PCIT)
