About the role
- Provide behavioral health therapy as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to clients in Paramus, NJ.
- Deliver high-quality patient care across age groups (5 years old and up), including child/adolescent and adult populations.
- Perform diagnostic assessments using DSM-V criteria and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clinical team and participate in supervision provided by NJBH practice.
- Utilize digital technology and administrative support to document care and manage caseloads.
- Maintain clinical excellence and support professional growth.
