Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic workstreams and projects across priority areas such as geographic growth, annual planning, specialty service expansion, KPI strategy & development, and clinician experience
Translate senior leadership priorities into clear workplans, analyses, and execution roadmaps
Build and interpret financial and operational analyses to evaluate opportunities, test scenarios, and support decision-making
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations
Develop high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadership, including ELT and Board preparation
Drive projects from concept through implementation, executing directly or coordinating work across analysts and cross-functional partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Background in a highly analytical role such as finance (FP&A), consulting, strategy, or investment banking is preferred
Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
Experience working closely with C-Level and other senior executives /leadership is required
