About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic workstreams and projects across priority areas such as geographic growth, annual planning, specialty service expansion, KPI strategy & development, and clinician experience
- Translate senior leadership priorities into clear workplans, analyses, and execution roadmaps
- Build and interpret financial and operational analyses to evaluate opportunities, test scenarios, and support decision-making
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations
- Develop high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadership, including ELT and Board preparation
- Drive projects from concept through implementation, executing directly or coordinating work across analysts and cross-functional partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Background in a highly analytical role such as finance (FP&A), consulting, strategy, or investment banking is preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Experience working closely with C-Level and other senior executives /leadership is required
