About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization’s student and trainee experience.
Owning the end-to-end student lifecycle — from academic partnerships and application processes through onboarding, supervision support, and program evaluation.
Working cross-functionally with Clinical Leadership, HR, Compliance, and academic institutions to ensure a high-quality, compliant, and scalable training experience.
Developing program plans, building tools and processes, supporting supervisors, and using data to drive measurable improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field
Preferred: Independently licensed clinician
5+ years of experience in learning & development, academic program coordination, clinical education, or healthcare program administration
Experience working with academic institutions and clinical training programs
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred: Experience supporting multiple disciplines and academic programs
Preferred: Knowledge of accreditation and compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen in translating organizational needs into learning solutions.
