About the role
- Designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization’s student and trainee experience.
- Owning the end-to-end student lifecycle — from academic partnerships and application processes through onboarding, supervision support, and program evaluation.
- Working cross-functionally with Clinical Leadership, HR, Compliance, and academic institutions to ensure a high-quality, compliant, and scalable training experience.
- Developing program plans, building tools and processes, supporting supervisors, and using data to drive measurable improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field
- Preferred: Independently licensed clinician
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development, academic program coordination, clinical education, or healthcare program administration
- Experience working with academic institutions and clinical training programs
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Preferred: Experience supporting multiple disciplines and academic programs
- Preferred: Knowledge of accreditation and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen in translating organizational needs into learning solutions.
