About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization’s student and trainee experience.
  • Owning the end-to-end student lifecycle — from academic partnerships and application processes through onboarding, supervision support, and program evaluation.
  • Working cross-functionally with Clinical Leadership, HR, Compliance, and academic institutions to ensure a high-quality, compliant, and scalable training experience.
  • Developing program plans, building tools and processes, supporting supervisors, and using data to drive measurable improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Preferred: Independently licensed clinician
  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, academic program coordination, clinical education, or healthcare program administration
  • Experience working with academic institutions and clinical training programs
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Preferred: Experience supporting multiple disciplines and academic programs
  • Preferred: Knowledge of accreditation and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen in translating organizational needs into learning solutions.
