About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy to children and adolescents as an independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment in-person at clinics and via telemedicine
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Maintain clinical excellence and patient-focused care
- Set a flexible schedule and manage caseload with administrative support handling billing and scheduling
- Participate in on-site (minimum 3 days/week) and hybrid work as required
Requirements
- Independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experienced in working with child and adolescent populations
- Ability to work in McLean, Virginia (or Virginia-based credentialing)
