About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families in-person and via telemedicine
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents and adults
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, mid-levels and other therapists
- Maintain clinical documentation, credentialing, and participate in team-based care
- Work a flexible schedule with administrative support; outpatient-only practice with no nights or weekends
- Contribute to clinical excellence and patient-centered care within LifeStance Health
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or other state licensure as a licensed therapist
- Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
