About the role
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare aligned with LifeStance clinical standards
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary clinician team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners
- Participate in supervision (paid and 1:1 dedicated supervision support) and professional development (CEUs)
- Maintain clinical documentation, treatment planning, and patient communication
- Work hybrid schedule at the Edmonds, WA office at least two days per week
Requirements
- Fully Licensed Associate in Washington State
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA)
- Experienced with Adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy
- Hybrid Model – must be in-person at least 2 days a week
- Ability to work a flexible Monday - Friday schedule
