About the role
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver therapy in-person at clinics and through digital telemedicine offerings
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of the clinical team
- Maintain clinical excellence and patient-focused care
- Utilize company digital technology and administrative support to manage caseload
- Flexibly schedule patient appointments (hybrid telemedicine and in-person)
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
- Licensed therapists experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Must be a licensed therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) or equivalent)
- Ability to provide outpatient care in-person and via telemedicine
- Located in or able to work in the New Castle, DE area (state licensure requirements implied)
