About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, families (couples & family therapy focus)
- Maintain caseload and provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, licensed therapists)
- Utilize digital telemedicine offering and clinic resources to deliver care
- Participate in supervision for licensure requirements provided by LMFT supervisor
- Rely on full administrative support and clinical systems to document and coordinate care
- Uphold clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and strong work/life balance
Requirements
- Pre-licensed therapists (position targets pre-licensed clinicians)
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
- Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
- Ability to provide outpatient therapy (no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends)
- Willingness to receive supervision (LMFT supervisor available for requisite hours)
- Ability to work in the Middletown, DE area
