About the role
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient clinics and via telemedicine.
- Provide therapy sessions in-person, hybrid, and through digital telemedicine platforms.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to clinical standards of care.
- Participate in a collegial work environment and contribute to clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
- Utilize provided administrative support and digital technology to manage schedules and patient care.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Rhode Island.
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent licensure.
- Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Ability to provide therapy in-person, hybrid, and via telemedicine.
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
