About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and other paid channels.
- Manage and continuously improve the full acquisition funnel, from targeting to landing page optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and produce actionable insights to improve CAC, ROAS and other KPIs.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop high-impact assets and track performance.
- Allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on spend.
- Be responsible for Google Ads and Meta Business Portfolio accounts health and performance.
- Constantly communicate with the sales teams, get feedback on the leads’ quality and improve the ads/channel performance if necessary
- Track and report key metrics, providing weekly and monthly performance summaries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
- Experienced user of Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable ROAS/CAC targets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and BI dashboards.
- Experience with lead generation funnel.
- Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking, and pixel implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- English upper-intermediate;
- Spanish language is a plus; speaking Russian (for internal communication) is a plus
