About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support technology implementations for new deployments and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain and optimize a large existing codebase within a team-based work environment.
Review tickets with team members for assessment and resolution.
Perform system customizations in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Facilitate task assignment and tracking by application and process, according to service level agreement (SLA) guidelines, as needed.
Troubleshoot production issues and maintain effective communication with technical leadership, the architect, and your immediate team.
Analyze root causes, identify trends, and recommend measures to minimize or eliminate future recurrence.
Collaborate with colleagues to investigate issues and develop solutions.
Implement, test, and remediate software solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Distribution, OR a related field.
Fundamental understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA) techniques using source code control repositories, as well as experience in debugging and testing.
Excellent command of English and French, both spoken and written.
