About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
- Drive traffic and enhance the customer experience across multiple communities
- Activate national marketing campaigns locally
- Improve community presentation and support content creation
- Provide insights that help drive sales performance
- Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
- Manage the full event process, including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- Handle data entry and reporting
- Track traffic trends and review online listings
- Evaluate sign routes and share weekly insights with leadership
- Manage marketing inventory and vendors
- Support photography and video needs
- Assist with community launches and closeouts
- Ensure information centers are visitor-ready
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- Creativity and an eye for presentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
- Comfortable traveling between communities
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events
- Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community
