Administrative and Financial Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage financial flow, contracts and relationships with students and suppliers.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable routines for the school and courses.
- Issue boletos (bank payment slips) and invoices.
- Prepare reports from the course sales platform.
- Complete and monitor the DRE (income statement) spreadsheet.
- Collect overdue payments from students and support student relationship management.
- Adjust, review and send contracts to students.
- Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotes, handle purchases and manage inventory.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in administrative and/or financial routines.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, and issuing boletos (bank payment slips) and invoices.
- Strong personal organization, attention to detail and logical reasoning.
- Proactivity and autonomy to propose process improvements.
- Availability for a hybrid work model, with 4 days on-site at the school.
- Preferred: Experience in the Education sector, non-degree courses or schools.
- Familiarity with DRE (income statement) and management reports.
- Experience working in small companies (dynamic, multifunctional environment).
