HR Payroll Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage working time and leave balances in the time tracking system
- Prepare employment contract documents, certificates/references and maintain personnel files
- Advise employees and managers on payroll and employment law matters
- Communicate with health insurers and authorities and carry out reporting and certification processes
- Prepare data for accounting and review and implement statutory changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training and several years of experience in payroll processing and personnel administration
- Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security regulations
- Confident use of MS Office (esp. Excel) and HR/payroll systems
- Strong service orientation, initiative and an independent working style
- Team player, reliable, resilient, with strong stakeholder-management skills
- Interest in digital HR transformation and pronounced problem-solving ability
