About the role
- Prospect and close new business with enterprise and mid-market companies (Fortune 1000 and beyond).
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal to client onboarding.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW leaders).
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive client acquisition.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences (23 times per year).
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of success in professional staffing or managed services (MSP/RPO/VMS).
- Proven experience acquiring new clients in the IT, Finance & Accounting, or Engineering staffing sectors.
- Established network within the talent acquisition and contingent workforce community.
- Strong relationships with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow new business.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Tech-savvy comfortable with CRM tools (Dynamics), Zoom, and MS Office Suite.
- Must reside within the United States and be able to travel occasionally.
