  • Review documents/certificates for supplier onboarding and approval, verifying compliance with financial, reputational, and quality requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma required (college degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields)
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks and supplier/vendor support
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
