About the role
- Assist with managing and maintaining the registration of new suppliers in Level's proprietary platform
- Review documents/certificates for supplier onboarding and approval, verifying compliance with financial, reputational, and quality requirements
- Assist in preparing supplier performance reports, contributing to performance analysis
Requirements
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields)
- Previous experience in administrative tasks and supplier/vendor support
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
