About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage operational data (routes, stops, running times, rules, fleet) in HASTUS and ensure their quality, consistency and updates
  • Configure the network by integrating external data (ridership, events, constraints) to enrich planning
  • Perform quality checks and ensure data reliability and security through validation, backup and restoration procedures
  • Design and optimize the network using HASTUS planning modules to model and adjust lines
  • Develop precise timetables adapted to demand and compliant with operational constraints
  • Optimize fleet assignments and driver duties (scheduling, makeup, rotations) in compliance with social regulations
  • Deploy finalized timetables into operational systems
  • Conduct scenario studies by simulating the impact of new rules or service changes on operations and costs
  • Provide strategic recommendations and synthesize analyses to guide decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree with a focus on logistics, science or mathematics plus 3 years’ experience in the sector, or CESS with 5 years’ experience in logistics and/or transport
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency with database management systems and analysis software
  • Knowledge of HASTUS is an advantage
  • Experience in mobility and passenger transport is an advantage
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Interest in mathematical logic and optimization
  • Accuracy, organization, precision and autonomy
  • Ability to understand the impact of planning decisions on operations and drivers’ daily work
  • Team player with strong internal and external customer orientation
  • Ability to adapt to evolving IT tools and new mobility solutions
