About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the day-to-day administration of fund operations by processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and preparing monthly reporting while ensuring compliance with fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Investigates financial discrepancies, collaborates with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to mitigate risk, and supports regulatory compliance through audits and operational oversight.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve fund administration processes by enhancing workflows, implementing best practices, and supporting operational efficiencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fund administration, investment management, accounting, or financial services, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures, accounting principles, and financial reporting desired.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and financial software systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online) is required.
  • Advanced Excel is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in the following software: Adobe, Bill.com, Harvest, and Click-up is highly desired.
