About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will participate in a four-month trainee program at our Heidelberg location.
You will support projects from business process analysis through implementation and training to go‑live support.
You will perform system configurations, design customer-specific developments and implement them in coordination with our development team.
You will take part in testing phases, including system tests and integration tests.
You will train end users in the use of SAP TM or SAP EWM and create documentation for implemented solutions.
You will actively contribute to shaping company and solution processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have successfully completed a Master’s degree or diploma in industrial engineering, business informatics, economics, natural sciences or a related field and ideally have knowledge in one of the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Production or Logistics.
You have a strong affinity for logistics and IT topics.
You may already have initial experience with SAP solutions (EWM/WM/TM/ERP) or with digitalization projects.
Your strengths lie in analytical ability, creativity, self‑initiative and communication/presentation skills.
You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
You are willing to travel nationally and internationally.
