About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities
- Further build up the LEMKEN brand in the area and extend the business
- Implementation of sales programs and monitoring of dealer stock
- Actively organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
- Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
- Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
- Recognize market and innovation trends and work together closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D at the headquarters in Germany
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a Sales, Service or Product Management position in agricultural equipment
- Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery and dealer relations for the sales of agricultural machines in the sales area
- Good technical understanding
- High level of communication and intercultural skills
- Commitment and ability to work in a growing team
- Experienced with Social-Media-Tools
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ready to travel frequently
- Fluent in Italian
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English or German
