About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities
  • Further build up the LEMKEN brand in the area and extend the business
  • Implementation of sales programs and monitoring of dealer stock
  • Actively organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
  • Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
  • Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
  • Recognize market and innovation trends and work together closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D at the headquarters in Germany

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a Sales, Service or Product Management position in agricultural equipment
  • Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery and dealer relations for the sales of agricultural machines in the sales area
  • Good technical understanding
  • High level of communication and intercultural skills
  • Commitment and ability to work in a growing team
  • Experienced with Social-Media-Tools
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ready to travel frequently
  • Fluent in Italian
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English or German
