About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will directly work with Stephan who has built automated workflows all his life.
Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors.
Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments.
Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration test in one-week sprints and measure results.
Overall, building a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job.
Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month.
We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally you love AI tools.
A r e excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
Are passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing.
Have at least 2 years of work experience.
