About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will directly work with Stephan who is a growth hacker by heart and who has built a $ 1 million ARR Marketing agency with just 5 people.
Content creation for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more with the help of AI tools and automations.
Content distribution via Loomly, AI agents or other tools.
Replicate Gymshark66 Challenge and find 100+ Affiliates to become Lemio brand ambassadors.
PR publications.
Community Building: Email distributions to our various email lists.
Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows.
We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally you have always wanted to become the Head of Marketing of a tech startup.
You are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
You are passionate about content, writing, blogging and social media.
You have between 2-5 years of work experience.
