About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact during Legent platform implementations
Oversee the rollout of platform components
Partner with physicians, facility administrators, and front-line teammates to drive adoption
Build and maintain site-specific project plans
Facilitate bi-directional communication between Legent Functional leaders and site leaders
Identify workflow gaps and process changes needed to support the Legent platform
Coordinate training and go-live support

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working inside an ASC, surgical hospital, or outpatient surgical setting in an administrative, operational, or management capacity
Solid understanding of how ASCs and surgical hospitals operate
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort navigating ambiguity and a bias toward action
Experience with healthcare technology platforms
