About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Convert incoming leads into clients for the firm
- Sign as many Engagement Letters as possible
- Quickly understand prospects' situations and identify their needs
- Recommend the most suitable offering and advise prospects with clarity and patience
- Present proposals clearly and handle objections
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 5 years of experience in an SDR and/or BDR role
- Preferably in SaaS, B2B services, accounting firms, fintech, or startup/scale-up environments
- Results-oriented: you enjoy closing deals and achieving targets
- Comfortable on the phone: you can quickly build rapport and trust
- Curious: you want to understand accounting and entrepreneurial challenges
- Detail-oriented: you can manage a high volume of leads without losing track
- Ambitious: you want to grow within a fast-growing company
