About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Head of Process & Methods and working closely with an operational Head (Customer Service, Onboarding or Accounting Operations), you will be the driver of operational efficiency within your scope:
Structure and optimize processes
Evolve our internal doctrine to gain efficiency without compromising quality
Deploy tools and solutions (automation, AI, chatbots…)
Improve the client experience and reduce rework
Lead improvement projects with a tangible impact on teams and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from a leading engineering or business school
5–7 years’ experience — essential for this role
Significant experience in an accounting environment: audit firm, digital accounting/scale-up, or finance/accounting function with strong operational exposure
Strong analytical and structuring skills
Experience managing cross-functional projects
Excellent problem-solving ability
Good understanding of accounting and tax issues
Comfortable working with data, tools, and automation/AI
Results- and impact-oriented
